How It Works:
The Question One card surfaces at a time inside your private Virtual Vault. Before you answer each question, mark your somatic body map — note where you feel something as the question lands.
The Breath An on-screen timer guides you through a full inhale and exhale before you respond. The breath is not a pause. It is the practice.
The Witness Record yourself answering on your phone, looking yourself in the eye. Watch it back. Notice what your body was doing while you spoke. The camera sees what the mind edits out.
The Score Points are earned through breath and presence, completing each guided exhale, returning to the body map after you answer, staying with what arose instead of moving past it.
